Chartered Radiation Protection Professional (CRadP)
Available to any Fellow (FSRP) or Member (MSRP) of the Society as well as IRPA Affiliate members.
- Application of extensive knowledge across a range of Radiation Protection areas with background knowledge in related areas
- Evidence of developing solutions to Radiation Protection challenges using new or existing technology or systems
- Responsible experience as a leader in Radiation Protection services or operations
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional values and continuing professional development for yourself and others
- A relevant MSc or equivalent
- A Certificate of Competence from a relevant Awarding Body or from a recognised professional scheme (eg RPA 2000) or a Level 4 qualification or equivalent in an appropriate Radiation Protection discipline combined with demonstration of substantial experience at a reasonable level of expertise
- A portfolio of training plus a period of project work or evidence that may not wholly incorporate the breadth of the criteria for the certificates of competence

Applicants are required to obtain the support of two people who have known them for at least one year and who can verify the information in the application and comment on your suitability to be granted CRadP. Both supporters should normally be Chartered Radiation Protection Professionals. They will each need to complete a Supporter Form.
